This prestigious 'urban chic' resort was designed to put Cape Town, and more specifically the Waterfront, on the international luxury accommodation map.
No expense was spared, and only the highest standards were set for the very large and complex landscaping, which included two islands within the marina. We planted over 350 palms, 1500 trees and a million shrubs and ground covers to create a world class, vibrant paradise in an urban area. The project timeline was reduced from 10 months to 10 weeks, but we accomplished it thanks to our dedicated staff and management.
